THE OFFER

What we operate.

04/phases
Phase 01

Entry audit

Structural inspection, classification review, full document check. No yacht is integrated without a complete dossier and verified technical condition.

Phase 02

Rigging & crew

Certified crew assignment, statutory safety equipment, written rigging protocols. Every departure meets the same standard, every time.

Phase 03

Charter operations

Market placement, charter week coordination, client welcome on board, port call management. The owner delegates — we operate.

Phase 04

Reporting & maintenance

Monthly report: sailing hours, revenue, technical condition, incidents and resolutions. Preventive monitoring and yard coordination between seasons.

STANDARDS

Four standards. No compromise.

Beyond operations themselves, non-negotiable principles that set our management apart from brokers and large groups.

Written procedures

Rigging, port calls, handback, incident response — every operation follows a documented protocol. Zero improvisation on critical safety checkpoints, zero tribal knowledge that walks out with a crew member.

Structural independence

No manufacturer affiliation, no imposed brokerage network, no captive yard. Our recommendations are not conditioned by any third-party commercial relationship — you pay what is fair.

Verifiable data

Every line in the monthly report is traceable back to its source: yard invoice, engine log, charter contract. No rough estimates, no opaque aggregates — only factual readings from the yacht and its operations.

Multi-jurisdiction mastery

French, Monegasque, Maltese, New Caledonian flags: we operate with the tax specialists adapted to each structure. Owners choose their regime — VAT, Commercial Yacht Code, RIF — we execute it without compromise.

VALUE OVER TIME

The gap widens. Preventive vs neglected maintenance.

At 10 years, a rigorously maintained yacht retains over 70% of its value. Without technical follow-up, depreciation accelerates past 50% loss. Market data Burgess Yachts / Boatbookings 2024.

FREQUENTLY ASKED

Yacht management: your questions.

How does Prime Yachting differ from a traditional charter broker?

A broker places charter weeks and takes a commission — they do not manage the yacht. Prime Yachting is an operator: we rig, run, maintain and report. We assume full operational responsibility, from fleet entry to end of season. The owner has a single point of contact, written deliverables and a contract that specifies each party's obligations.

What does the entry audit cover?

The entry audit covers structural condition, classification validity (CE, MCA or Bureau Veritas), completeness of the documentation file (title, insurance, maintenance log) and statutory safety equipment compliance. A written report is issued to the owner. If non-conformities are identified, we define a remediation plan together before integration.

How is owner revenue calculated?

The owner receives a contractually defined percentage of charter turnover generated. Day-rates vary by yacht, season and zone. The Mediterranean market shows net returns of 3–8% per year after costs. These are published market averages — not projections. A personalised study is conducted before any commitment.

What does the monthly report contain?

A structured monthly report covering: sailing days and hours, charter revenue received, itemised operating costs (fuel, mooring, maintenance, crew), any incidents and actions taken. The report is delivered digitally. Every line is justified — no opaque aggregated entries.

Do you operate in the Mediterranean only?

Prime Yachting is incorporated in New Caledonia (SASU under Caledonian law) with an operational presence on the French Riviera for the Mediterranean. We operate across all ports from Saint-Tropez to Menton — Cogolin, Cannes, Antibes, Nice, Monaco, Menton — depending on the yacht's needs and the owner's preferences. Seasonal migration between basins (Mediterranean in summer, Pacific in winter) is an optimisation strategy we study case by case.
