Beyond operations themselves, non-negotiable principles that set our management apart from brokers and large groups.
Rigging, port calls, handback, incident response — every operation follows a documented protocol. Zero improvisation on critical safety checkpoints, zero tribal knowledge that walks out with a crew member.
No manufacturer affiliation, no imposed brokerage network, no captive yard. Our recommendations are not conditioned by any third-party commercial relationship — you pay what is fair.
Every line in the monthly report is traceable back to its source: yard invoice, engine log, charter contract. No rough estimates, no opaque aggregates — only factual readings from the yacht and its operations.
French, Monegasque, Maltese, New Caledonian flags: we operate with the tax specialists adapted to each structure. Owners choose their regime — VAT, Commercial Yacht Code, RIF — we execute it without compromise.
At 10 years, a rigorously maintained yacht retains over 70% of its value. Without technical follow-up, depreciation accelerates past 50% loss. Market data Burgess Yachts / Boatbookings 2024.

A broker places charter weeks and takes a commission — they do not manage the yacht. Prime Yachting is an operator: we rig, run, maintain and report. We assume full operational responsibility, from fleet entry to end of season. The owner has a single point of contact, written deliverables and a contract that specifies each party's obligations.
The entry audit covers structural condition, classification validity (CE, MCA or Bureau Veritas), completeness of the documentation file (title, insurance, maintenance log) and statutory safety equipment compliance. A written report is issued to the owner. If non-conformities are identified, we define a remediation plan together before integration.
The owner receives a contractually defined percentage of charter turnover generated. Day-rates vary by yacht, season and zone. The Mediterranean market shows net returns of 3–8% per year after costs. These are published market averages — not projections. A personalised study is conducted before any commitment.
A structured monthly report covering: sailing days and hours, charter revenue received, itemised operating costs (fuel, mooring, maintenance, crew), any incidents and actions taken. The report is delivered digitally. Every line is justified — no opaque aggregated entries.
Prime Yachting is incorporated in New Caledonia (SASU under Caledonian law) with an operational presence on the French Riviera for the Mediterranean. We operate across all ports from Saint-Tropez to Menton — Cogolin, Cannes, Antibes, Nice, Monaco, Menton — depending on the yacht's needs and the owner's preferences. Seasonal migration between basins (Mediterranean in summer, Pacific in winter) is an optimisation strategy we study case by case.
