Four documented stages structuring every operation — from first contact to end-of-season reporting. No improvisation, no grey zones.

Audit first
Before a yacht joins the fleet: complete structural inspection, classification review, administrative file check. If the standard is not met, the yacht is not integrated — even if it costs us the mandate.

Hand-picked crew
Captains certified for the operating zone, chefs trained in onboard gastronomy, hostesses experienced in fine hospitality. Direct hiring, certification verification, owner introduction. No silent turnover.

Operations at sea
Coordinating charter weeks, welcoming clients aboard, managing port calls and provisioning. 24/7 standby in season. If anything deviates, you hear it from us before discovering it elsewhere.

Transparent reporting
Each month, a structured report: sailing hours, charter revenue collected, itemised expenses, incidents and resolutions. Every line is justified. No opaque aggregated entry.
