OUR APPROACH

Operating with rigour. Documenting every step.

Four non-negotiable principles governing every integration, every passage, every owner report.

Audit before integration

No yacht joins the fleet without a full technical inspection: structure, classification, maintenance schedule. If the standard is not met, the yacht is not integrated.

Written procedures

Every operation — rigging, port call, handback — follows a documented protocol. No improvisation on critical safety checkpoints.

Transparent reporting

Every owner receives a full monthly report: sailing hours, revenue, incidents, resolutions. Figures are verifiable, not declarative.

Structural independence

No manufacturer affiliation, no imposed brokerage network. Our recommendations are not conditioned by any third-party commercial relationship.

Real presence

Two locations. One standard.

From the French Riviera to the South Pacific, Prime Yachting operates on its home waters with the same expectations — certified crew, proven protocols, no delays.

FREQUENTLY ASKED

Your questions, our answers.

Which yachts qualify for the Prime Yachting fleet?

Sailing yachts and motor yachts of 12 metres and above, under valid classification (CE, MCA or Bureau Veritas), with complete documentation. Mechanical condition, general upkeep and the completeness of the owner's dossier are assessed during a technical audit before any integration. No yacht is listed without passing this filter.

How is owner revenue calculated?

The owner receives a contractually defined percentage of charter turnover generated. Day-rates vary by yacht, season and zone. The Mediterranean market shows net returns of 3–8% per year after costs. These are published market averages — not optimistic projections. A personalised study is conducted before any commitment.

How does Prime Yachting differ from a traditional charter broker?

A broker places charter weeks and takes a commission; they do not manage the yacht. Prime Yachting is an operator — we rig, run, maintain and report. We assume full operational responsibility, from rigging to end of season. The owner has a single point of contact, written deliverables and a contract that specifies each party's obligations.

Why operate across two distinct basins?

The Mediterranean concentrates high-end charter demand in summer. The South Pacific — New Caledonia, Vanuatu, Fiji — offers a complementary winter window and a less saturated market. For an owner, the ability to migrate the yacht between basins by season meaningfully improves annual occupancy rates.

How do I get in touch to list or charter a yacht?

Via the contact form on this site, or directly at contact@primeyachting.nc. We respond within twenty-four business hours with a named contact — not a bot, not a generalist sales rep.
